Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of DA Executive Limo, Inc. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Agreement
By making a reservation with DA Executive Limo, Inc., you enter into a service agreement with us. The agreement is subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All reservations must be confirmed in advance
- We require a valid credit card or payment method to secure your booking
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email or phone
- Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
- We accept major credit cards, cash, and corporate accounts
- All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes and fees
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or special requests
- Gratuity is not included in the quoted price
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Service Standards
- We strive to provide professional, safe, and reliable transportation services
- Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected
- All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
- Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited
- Passengers must treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in additional charges
7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we make every effort to be punctual, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions, accidents, or road closures
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Mechanical failures (we will provide alternative transportation when possible)
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
8. Liability
DA Executivelimo, Inc. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property
- Passengers travel at their own risk
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles:
- Smoking or use of tobacco products
- Consumption of illegal substances
- Excessive alcohol consumption
- Disorderly conduct or harassment
- Any illegal activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
10. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (child seats, wheelchair accessibility, etc.) when notified in advance. Additional charges may apply for special equipment or services.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of New York, USA, and the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
